I will be cross posting this on everything I can in hopes to save any other specials needs family from this heartache. So please save your money and time and find a place that cares about family’s and not just money. We tried to get this fixed so we could be there Saturday as planned and they have no one available till Monday to even deal with it. As that is what we were told the first time. That isn’t enough for me to risk my sons life. We were told that we have a pet cabin however it hasn’t had pet in it for awhile. As always we did our pre check to make sure a head of time that there is no bleach ( another horrible allergy for my son) in the cabin and that we have a pet free cabin as well. We made a reservation months ago for this family vacation. A two hour ambulance ride where he was barely breathing and days in the hospital were the result of that family vacation. I almost lost him when he was four because we stayed in a place that supposedly was clean of animal fur and dander. That should get you a safe place to stay! My son has severe animal allergies and the extra care needs to be given.

Guests who do not depart by the 11 am check-out time will incur a late fee. If you have a membership you know it costs anywhere from 8,000-16,000 and yearly fees. Grand Casino Mille Lacs, Grand Casino Hinckley, Grand Hinckley Inn, Chalets, and Eddy's Resort. We paid a lot of money for a membership that isn’t worth even a dollar. I am very disappointed and we haven’t even left yet. If you can give a place zero stars, this place would earn it.
